Reason for Separation - "Hygiene of truck inside" "Failure to maintain equipment per JCT contract"
Driver Manager Comment - "Janis has been having with her truck""Runs hard when all is ok""The inside of her truck is not acceptable"
This form was signed by Steve Melton, whose name was crossed out and John Malory.
Remember, I have a clean MVR, never failed a DOT inspection (had 3 while at JCT) 8 years OTR experience running reefer's. -- NO JOB - No one will even talk to me after they speak with JCT.
The morning this happened I was under the impression that everything was okay and I was to be heading to GA. Surprise.
The day they fired me they kept me under constant guard while I unloaded my truck. I wasn't allowed to go back into the building even to use the restroom and was constantly threatened. Yes, I was probably close to hysteric's. I also lost a lot of my personal stuff because I didn't have anyway to get it home. The printer in the pictures is gone as is all the groceries I had on the truck and some of my clothes. The clothes hangers are gone, I could go on and on. Most of it's little stuff. They confiscated the lock they made me buy when I first started, but I still have the key. Never have recieved COBRA info, but don't really expect them to follow the law. They seem to think they're better. If your there "Good Luck". If you aren't there well make up your own mind.

| |  Trux max/ Go Trans did the same to me. Instead of reporting them to ATA or OIDA,,i went straight to IRS. Found they were running under 21 assumed names. and i haven't been able to get a job since. no insurance,no clock in job and welfare/food stamps even turned me down. not to mention i have children to care for. so now I'm living back at my exes house i divorced 19 yrs ago. just to have a place to stay for my daughter and son. So i won't say good luck to you....I say to you....GO KICK SOME ARS. |
