(600 miles out - hotel and then 600 miles home tomorrow) As normal for me I like to spend some time on the 4th - thinking about what the USA is to me and my family. Back to work at 4am... (with dreams of new cars) Posted 06.30.2008 at 02.17 PM by latanea hard to believe that an entire week has flown by... vacation this summer went well - visited lots of people and went to the fair... rode the crap out of my bikes and spent some good evenings with the wife. I even got a ton of work done on the bathroom remodel. I suppose I am ready to go back to work - I get anxious when I am away from trucks... I wonder what retirement will be like. back home from fair - and time for yard work. Posted 06.27.2008 at 05.27 PM by latanea flowers... lots and lots of flowers... 18 flats of begonias 5 more of marigolds... about 400 bucks today... 4H fair and tractor pull.... Posted 06.25.2008 at 10.33 PM by latanea 5 bucks to park - 8 bucks to get into tractor pull - 3 bucks for lemon shake up... www.wayneco4hfair.com but I had a great time - and my neice got a reserve grand champion on her moo-cow. (it later sold for 5600) so that will pay for some of her college in a few years... the tractor pull went well - and saw a ton of guys I had not seen for years. (I moved away 11 years ago). coming...
