Well folks - it is official - I am nothing but white biker trash (according to the sista in the car next to me at a red light a few hours ago...) I woke from my evening nap and pulled the scooter out of the garage. I took great pains to not start it until I was suited up and ready to ride... long night... Posted 06.12.2008 at 04.09 PM by latanea went up to akron and back last night... rolled into cincy and took a 4 hour nap prior to running the wife and I through a new middle eastern resturant that opened up last month. very tasty very very tasty.. (and no gulf war flashbacks!!!) took the car to the wash and had the guys run it through and give it a quick detail... wife = happy just logged on to check my email - time to get back... Trash trucks.... Posted 06.11.2008 at 07.11 AM by latanea so here I am drinking some OJ - and I hear the rumble of the trash truck... of course they NORMALLY come at about 4pm - so my roller can was still in the garage. an evening in the life of a Teamster Freight Linehauler... Posted 06.10.2008 at 10.09 PM by latanea After posting the first entry on this blog - I hit the hay and about passed out. tired x 3. The wife will be home in a few hours - and I hope the restaurant did well today... her numbers have been down the past few weeks - and when the womans cash register is light she gets nervous. I loaded the dishwasher to discover that all the dish soap is gone - I swear I bought a 2 pack at costco last month... I suppose a half cup of dawn will work... A day in the life of a Teamster Freight Linehauler Posted 06.10.2008 at 02.06 PM by latanea Left philly at 0130 and headed back onto the turnpike. Truck 814223 had about 1.3 million on the clock and my rear pup was dog legging 6" to the left. I had downloaded all of the "james bond" books by ian flemming and fired the ipod up and turned on "live and let die". 3 hours inot the voyage I stopped at the plaza by somerset penna. and bought a 6 dollar coffee from starbucks.. jeeez. after working...
