Do not work for swift!!!!!

To all who dont know it yet, swift sucks! they have really lived up to thier reputation, one of the worst companys on the road. I have worked for them for 2 years. am now looking at other companys. They will screw u on your money and miles.. they have a high overturn of drivers because they rather pay a new driver 26 cents per mile than pay an experienced one more.. thats why they are getting sued all the time, they dont train new drivers well so they get out there and kill poeple. i still work for them but not for long.. they suck!!! they dont care about thier drivers. I bobtailed home last night from ok, told em to kiss my ass. they sent me to a shipeer for a load, trailer was rejected. so they deadheaded me 100 miles away to do a trailer swap. i get there drop empty but there are no other trailers availible, so i run all over town to 3 different places looking for an empty, bobtailing.. still can find a trailer, so they told me to bobtail back to my shipper 100 miles back. so i did.. i get there and am told since i dont have a trailer they can load me. swift is stupid. (this is one of any such experiences.. ) at this point i was at my boiling point.. told them im done!! bobtailed home 220 miles.. have other job offers so im not worried.. oh yeah, been there 2 years, making 31 cents a mile.. dont work for swift, you will get screwed!!!
