Pleasant with a side of odd Posted 2 Weeks Ago at 05.56 PM by Ms No Name 72 Got a real pleasant surprise yesterday evening...He came home, yeah it was just for the night and then he was gone again, but oh what a pleasure it was to have him here..to just talk with and joke around with. Don't know if that will happen again ever but I will take it and run with it...He couldn't of picked a better night to come home, both the children were home (no running around from sport to sport). Oh boy, learning to read again Posted 2 Weeks Ago at 03.11 PM by Ms No Name 72 Well it has been awhile since I was on here to write or enjoy the offerings, but I seem to find myself with a spare moment or two this afternoon (hoping to make that a habit once again)...He is on the road (first time on his own)and I am working my career, the kids are doing pretty skippy in school and the home fires are under control...but they are burning nonetheless. Peace on the home front Posted 01.27.2009 at 11.45 PM by Ms No Name 72 Okay I admit I love to cook, I know a lot of people say that and yeah some even mean it. But really truly I love to cook. I enjoy the smells when I am in the kitchen. I enjoy the feel of the veggies when I am slicing them, the beautiful colors and textures of them always amaze me. But I think the most enjoyable thing about cooking is the love I am showing to the people I will be serving the food to. Sometimes... Posted 01.25.2009 at 09.42 PM by Ms No Name 72 Sometimes it is so hard to find the words...The ideas are there in my head, but my brain cannot wrap its self around them long enough to really form the words. I don't know what I am feeling, sane at times, losing it at others. My heart is breaking and then all at once it feels as if I turn a corner in my soul and my heart is taking flight once more. We fight over household chores, boys, makeup ohh you name it I am sure we fought about it. She loves to drown me out with her music when I talk to her. Dad, you got a second? Posted 01.21.2009 at 11.14 PM by Ms No Name 72 I look around my home and so much is the hard work of yours. Take the first things I notice of my house. My double driveway that you hung out with the concrete guys in the 100 degree heat (digging it out all by yourself) making sure I would be happy. 18 Days give or take a few hours Posted 01.20.2009 at 04.39 PM by Ms No Name 72 He has talked about this for quite some time. Just hit or miss, but this is it. I want this for him as much as he wants this for himself. No, there is no need for him to do this, he has a great career now, good bennys, vacation time, 401k the whole she-bang. But he has this desire and dream to go over the road. I would be a fool to hold him back from this want. He doesnt ask for much for himself and so in this I will dream with him.
