What to do when you breakdown.... Posted 2 Weeks Ago at 12.08 AM by NST Hello All, Just probably opening up a whole can of worms here, but as an employee of a heavy duty tow truck company I was just wondering what resources you use when you break down and need a tow or road side assistance. For example do you go to your phone and google "semi tow", do you call your dispatcher and ask them who to use, maybe you call your dealer and let him steer you in the right direction.
