Our Glen Moore Updates

Posted 2 Weeks Ago at 10.17 AM by countrycruisers
This is the first chance Ive had to update our Glen Moore experience since we took off for Ga. We went thu the house and p/u our stuff on the way to Ca. When we got to Ca. they had us drop at the Reddaway yard and go down to Selma to P/U for NJ. We just dropped that load at the yard in Carlisle and are doing a quick re-start and will be back at it in the morn. We had to log all the orientation time so when we got to Carlisle we only had one shift each on our log book for the next two days. This...

What to do when you breakdown....

Posted 2 Weeks Ago at 12.08 AM by NST
Hello All, Just probably opening up a whole can of worms here, but as an employee of a heavy duty tow truck company I was just wondering what resources you use when you break down and need a tow or road side assistance. For example do you go to your phone and google "semi tow", do you call your dispatcher and ask them who to use, maybe you call your dealer and let him steer you in the right direction. Owner operator seeks honest good paying company.

Posted 2 Weeks Ago at 09.56 AM by Mr.scaramanga
Hello fellow Driver's.
I am an Owner Operator out of Jacksonville,FL. I currently haul containers. Work is slow, and I would really like to get away from intermodal work. I like to run the southeast. 3,000 to 4,000 MLS/WK. As far west as TX, as far north as TN, as far east as NJ, and everything else in between that radius. I don't mind staying out a couple of nights a week as long as there is freight that brings me back home into FL. I am interested in hauling Dry Van, Flatbed, Reefer, Tanker...

Updated 2 Weeks Ago at 12.04 PM by 2MillionMile359 (i didnt like the title)

The truck was born and raised in New York (long island specificly), and my pops put all 2 million on her. Im 26 years old, and have been surrounded by this buisness my entire life. Some things never change, but unfortunatley,...

I will be attending a CDL course offered by a community college here in Utah. All the cost are covered. What are some good companies to start out at? I appreciate any information you can share.
