lets c if my trucking buddies can help me on this one. about three years ago I got hit with a random at the weigh station. ok let me tell u the story the deputy said my light was out I said to him my light not out I just got them all replaced at the shop. he said thats why we pulled you n here. I looked and my darn light was out. so he asked for all of the above. I had started coughing I was sick and it was n the dead of winter so
I pulled out some med tablets and took one
he asked what r those I showed him he started reading the back of the lable and what came out his mouth next shocked the he-- out of me he said u r not supposed to b taking these im going to have to send you to the hospital to take a drug test. I said what! he said yeah a drug test. so by the time it was all over I was hit with a oui.now the judge was real cool about it but he explained the whole thing to me.now the court put me on this program and said if i did not have any more occurances that it would be taken off my record as soon as I pay all the fines and fees. and that it would not go on my record for my employers to c now. and I have it in writing. now the company I was working for told me dont worry about it I could keep on working and that they would take care of any formalities
I said cool. now years later the company went out of business and I was forced to find another job. so a few companies ran my dac report and told me whats on there and that they can not hire me cause of the oui on my dac report. now I want to know is the oui supposed to be on there even though I have it n writing that this is not supposed to be on there?and can i get it removed?

Well, $150 is something you DO need if you can make $60,000/yr from getting it FIXED! Common sense says, spend $150 ONCE to make $60,000 a YEAR is a good investment...

You have to write into them. Truckers Dac Report. Visit that page and you'll find all the info you need. OR, you can use DacFix and save yourself a whole lotta time. IF you do it by yourself...be prepared to spend a lot of time and effort as it is NOT easy and USIS made it so. GL.
