Uh oh I got a ticket! no good

I am just supposed to be going to trucking to school and i got a ticket. 70 in a 50 in a car. I haven't had a moving violation in like 7 years. Just my luck huh? Does anyone know if there is a possibility i will still be able to get in or am i pretty much screwed for a couple years? Please help me out with info thanks. I was just screwin around on a road with no traffic except that 5.0 who followed me for what must have been almost a mile. Tho i was only going over for just a few seconds before i decided it was not a good idea. Well its my fault i should have known better huh. Thanks for any info. Turns out that i qualify for IN traffic ticket diversion program which costs 191.50 in place of the 130.00 ticket i don't know if its that you pay both or it looks like one instead of the other though! This is all due before the court date or you lose your chance to qualify. But that will keep the points from being added on my license. How bout that? I think I'll have to take a class though which is nothing compared to 4pts on my license. Anyway if you have your cdl license at the time of ticket you DO NOT qualify for this. So i only have my operator's right now as i have not planned on actually getting my cdl permit for another 3-4 weeks. Though i am not sure if this ticket will show up for that i'm guessing it will, does anyone know if this would prevent my cdl paid training program?
