BEWARE of Bucky trucking formerly known as Shrigley Trucking . they will promise you the world but you will run around hauling there cheep freight to the middle of nowhere just to dead head to pick up a forklift or two because they some how still have the AR Williams account which doesn't really matter cause you wont get paid anyways you will run up and down the road so management can pay there outstanding bills and so they can pay there high insurance premiums or pay for the other owner ops trucks that continue to brake-down all over the country . all your revenue will go to Perry shrigley to line his pockets and to pay for repairs for the other owner-operators trucks , they will break you financially so you cant leave so don't waste your time go some where else there's tons of out fits looking for good operators
who wants to work for a outfit the folded less than a year ago and left lots a people financially screwed and don't mention there safety rating they should lose there DOT anytime now they cant even pull a load without getting some sort of violation.
If something was to happen like you have an accident or a freight claim or you have whatever good-luck his insurance is bogus because they cant afford the deductible and either will you
don't even think of going there as a driver unless you are brain-dead
trust me i know Mr Perry Shrigley i know many of the owner operators that have come and gone over the years i know his friends in the industry if you want to keep your truck , your dignity and a little money in the bank don't waste your time there.

well he was probaly at the lake that weekend but as of today Sept.9/2010 he is in Hawaii . . . . yes Hawaii i cant believe it that SOB is in Hawaii living of my money not money i think he owes me but money he legitimately and legally owes me . tomorrow i send my demand letters to his dad in medicine hat who apparently doesn't know whats going on , his dad legally is the owner of Bucky trucking his name is on everything that is Bucky . . if it takes me to my last dying breath i will dismantle Bucky trucking and perry shrigley piece by piece .. call it slander , call it defamation of character call it what you want .... i call it ######## he took advantage of me broke me financially so he could control me of what ever his agenda was . his plan right from the start was to rip me off it all to clear. from what i noticed of the rest of the operators is he nickle and dimes them so they barley make any money and pays there bills like truck payments phone bills rent and whatever else you never have enough revenue to quit because your so far behind so you stay on and he keeps riding your coat tails .

 

you're absolutelly right bones, i found copies of freight bills that he didn't pay me and am taking all those addresses mailing them invoices of the delievery, so far i've done fiberex, at films, and ixl brick, i also sent two to his father adress in medicine hat, i'll keep on pushing too, good luck man, and lets bring down Bucky trucking

 

well i still have no payment from Bucky . funny thing no one else has been paid yet its Sept 18 i talked to couple owner ops and no pay maybe Monday they where told i wonder Mr . shrigley will you be shocked when all your owner operators leave . how will you finance your lavish life style . oh i know you will just live of the proceeds of your company trucks ya the company trucks that are shoe the registered owner as Shrigley Service center but we all know you are the one that owns them , i am wondering who you short changed to buy #49 you didn't get any money from the bank you pulled it out of Bucky trucking probably someones revenue, some poor saps are running up and down the road probaly thinking they are an owner operator because you promised them some sort of pipe dream , they will run day and night generating revenue like really good revenue then at the end they will have nothing because you took everything . I don't know how Mr shrigley sleeps at night .

So my story is this i was at the Shrigley trucking Auction sale i was there to buy unit #49 this truck a 2003 Peterbilt with 1.3m km its auction value is $25000 any where well i was the only bidder Mr perry Shrigley new this and Had his Buddy very good friend motorcycle pal Perry Terrault biding against me so i backed out of bidding and went home .

That evening i get a call from Perry Shrigley he said he can get the truck i was bidding on because he knows the guy that bought it , i told him that the price was more than i was willing to budget he said don't worry about it he will get his dad to finance it . this is when i should of told him to take a hike , because i had another truck lined up and had a very reputable company in Saskatoon with very low owner operator turnover willing to hire me for flat deck LtL . but i went with Perry's plan.

Note the Auction was May 13 2010 he finally wrangled up the cash so that's what was said by June 10 , I don't know the exact date but i deposited $5000 into Bucky Trucking's bank account yup stupid is as stupid does.
So i went and picked up #49 from Perry Teraults and took it to Bucky trucking where i spent 2 weeks of labour doing repairs and servicing and about $1000 in parts and materials to get it ready for a safety.

Note at this time i have no lease agreement no purchase plan no nothing from Bucky trucking, Shrigley Service center , Perry Shrigley or Nelson Shrigley I know you thinking how stupid can i be .

Please note i ask everyday for papers i get new answer every day

5 its almost ready

10 its been ready for months (ya right)

and so far all i have received is maybe $3500.00

so where is the rest

well i guess we will do the dance give out more cash file the papers go to court give out more cash file the lien than pay out more cash hire the bailiff seize the truck

I wonder what the DOT will do i sent them the text messages Perry Shrigley sent me telling me to falsify my logs and they are flying me to Calgary for hearing ha ah interesting .

Excellent advice. Anybody considering leasing on with a company should do this.

 

If you would like to name the employees go ahead if that would make you feel better. And yes i wanted them to work for my dad as they are very loyal dedicated staff, And could you please elaborate on the company vechile you are referring too, as ALL company vechiles were taken back from ALL employees then sold at auction. And what are talking about regarding new buisness started at whos house??? I would like to really know where you are getting all your information from?? First of all, you shouldn't deal with any Company you have problems with online! If you are a so called 'professional driver', act like one. I have worked 8 months for Bucky Trucking Ltd. out of St. Albert, AB., Canada and after the previous 8 companies I worked for, which didn't work out, and I never bad-mouthed them online, Bucky has doubled my salary. I average 12,000 to 14,000 miles per month to see parts of North America, other driver's dream of seeing, but can't because their either too busy bad-mouthing GREAT COMPANIES online or they are ex-cons that can't cross the Border! Perry Shrigley has gone through hell, with driver's that work because they have to, not because they actually enjoy what they do! I promised myself to always give a Company a minimum of 6 months, and I actually SAVE money to survive any pot holes I may encounter in the 'road of life'. But it's always the same drivers, #####ing about certain loads, work 4 days a week, at 10 hours a day, and then at the end of the month are ALWAYS BROKE! Grow up people, if you don't like where you are working, move on. Quit bad-mouthing a Company that would only love to bring out the truth about the work ethic YOU provided!

 

OK Garry i agree with what your saying , but i can cross the boarder i am not a criminal , in July i did 17500 mile in less than 30 days i work 7 days a week and plenty of hours each day. i have work ethic , i may not have money in the bank , but i have credit unfortunately its all out, i don't need to do long haul , i did it because i wanted my own truck , i can make better money locally , I am a certified crane operator i just wanted to own my own truck and i thought someone was helping me with that, When i realize i am not making money i move on and making money like 80+ a year if its not happening i am gone , my work ethic provided was excellent up until i felt i was getting a raw deal thanks for you opinion.
