Why do people put their poor pets through the misery of being in a truck.

See so many with that look of PLEASE let me get out of this truck ( not just drivers )

Sometimes a driver has no choice. Would euthanasia be better?:biggrin_25513:

And no, that's not kids in Viet Nam.

you are correct sir---that would be uteinasia
yes all those poor miserable pets that are walked and fed on regular basis--spending 24/7 with their best buddy---
i am sure they would rather be in crate at the dog sitters

Yes and going DEAF from the constant noise ( amplified greater than what we hear it ) full of aches / pains from the A/C ,

And there are a lot that are not WALKED or FED properly * NO TIME * also have seen more MISTREATED animals ( by their BEST buddies ) over the years that I care to remember.

you are right there flat bed--i have never had a pet in truck (other than my wife)
but i have seen a couple very sick ones from the AC
i like to think that the majority of pets in truck are very well cared for hell i can barely look after myself somedays--that is why i dont take a pet---and i dont want to train a dog to pee in a bottle while on the go

So is it better to leave a dog alone for days on end and having a stranger coming daily to walk them and let them do their business or for them to be with you? I wonder if some people really understand what it is to have a pet.

I'm guessing it's better to find the pet a good home.
