This company can have their trucks running around the clock with 2 drivers for a whooping 38cpm... which is peanuts. Most single drivers make more than that!
To top it all off the driver is still expected to incorporate!!Who in there right mind would take a job like this!!
It's no wonder freight rates are kept so low when you have bottom feeders like this out there.

Liner has it figured out! It's simple Grade 2 math! Bottom feeding POS carriers PLUS drivers that work for peanuts EQUALS Low Rates.

Team rates are OVER .50 per mile PLUS drops/picks and BENEFITS and SOURCE DEDUCTIONS....again people do the math!

All I was meaning to say is that the rate wasn't that bad for a newbe. I wouldnt work for them, or for anyone doing team. I dont think it's leagl for them to make an employee incorporate. They wont be around long

Sounds like a BOTTOM feeder operation , does not take care of equipment or what he considers employees / contractors.

You put a paragraph together. Surely you can put a resume together and find a place that will hire you as an employee with benefits.

    Where are you located?
Iam sure the drivers here can point you toward a company that would like to have a driver willing to run team.

Anyone deserves better than what you got right now.

Pete159 - and everyone else that has read this thread. After reading all the previous posts, are you seeing the light. You have already explained to yourself and everyone else why team driving is supposed to pay MORE. Because when you're team driving, you are sharing your entire life on the road, in a tiny living space, with someone else. Period. THAT'S why team is supposed to pay more. 2 week hold back, but you still get it all if/when you quit ? Really ? I wonder if the OP is still with this out fit 4 years later ? I wonder how that whole "I quit - where's my money?" thing worked out ?
