Harper and Ignatieff were flying to Ottawa in a plane. Harper says "I think I'll throw a $10 bill out the window and make someone happy." Ignatieff says "I think I'll throw two $5 bills out the window and make two people happy." Pilot says "Why don't you both jump out and make everybody happy."

 

I remember well what that Liberal Trudeau did to Canada. It would make me really happy if the Liberals get severely trounced this May. The Liberal Party suffers from cranial rectal inversion.

It doesn't matter who is in power. All politicians do what's needed to garner votes. None of them will, nor can, do what's necessary for the country. If they do, too many citizens are too stupid to realize it, get all pissy about it, and vote them out.

 

I recommend we all vote for the Green Party, regardless of whether we favour them or not.
Here's why. The overall vote count should be high, so that the politicians will know we have power, and are angry. And I'd like the Green Party - which now stands at about 7% - to get a whopping 25% or so. This is the strongest signal to the three mainline parties that we are really, really tired of their expensive silliness, and we really, really intend to stop it.

Agrred a party that does right for Canada. But in the mean time we have one choice that's Harper to vote anyone else let's liberals waltz in. Harper does realize how ever that purchasing the foighter jets will cost him votes but knows there needed for Canada and the world powers that be. I'd want top of the line eagle eye not the burnt out biplanes that a 3rd world country can deploy. Let liberals take over well get 3 more dead subs and a few Russian migs with British engines in them.

 

Well Right now Canada's military is a joke. They're working with antique equipment and the total of Canada's military personnel can fit inside any football stadium in Canada. Lester B Pearson basically disbanded the military in his time. Now if Canada was attacked they would have to rely on the United States to protect us. Harper at least knows that we have to support what military we have. The Liberals and NDP think the military is a bunch of Boy Scouts. Well maybe they should sell cookies to get their jet planes? lol
I'll vote Harper as you say. He is the best of the bunch. Not saying much I know but what have we got?
