yes it can be a pretty crazy road to be on. although the road from watson to whitehorse is really good now. wish they would wo the same and widen highway 37 and put some road lines down. it is pretty decent road for about 4 hours once you leave stewart. not that lines matter much in the winter months

Lots of snow, now that's a deal beaker right there. I live in Manitoba and hate snow and the cold. I love running way down south in the winter to get away from it. I loved living in the lower mainland. Didn't get much snow and didn't get to cold. Until I got up north. Then my wife drags me to the coldest part of the planet. Manitoba. Oh I hate it.

Well it isnt to cold here in stewart. -10 at the most. Is just in a snow belt. It is a costal town, borders alaska . Hyder alaska is about a 5 min drive from where i stay. Watson Lake is a different story though. With wind factor it can get to -50

That sounds like winter! "northerndrive" seems appropriate.

its not just the -50, its the -50 with the sideways wind that blows at your face no matter where you're standing.

When you do the switch do you swap the trailer, or does the other driver just jump in and take the same tractor to the mine and back?

$26.00/hr?!?!
Flat rate of $326.00? $26.00/hr? No wonder you're looking for drivers.
