Gibson expects it's drivers to put in a 13 hour driving shift in Canada with only a half hour break, Gibson has had many employees quit because the experience is that of a slave and his master, the dispatchers do not communicate with each other and that all gets fed down to the drivers in form of text messages ( more than 3 an hour ) asking you when you are going to be back from your next trip which you haven't even loaded yet. Gibson expects far to much from it's drivers, perhaps the drivers should dispatch themselves, they may stand a fighting chance at remaining sane then. I DON'T RECOMEND ANYONE WHO LIKES BEING TREATED LIKE A PERSON WORK FOR WARREN GIBSON (ALLISTON & CHATHAM ONTARIO)
