Need some help
Hello everyone!
I am thinking about re-locating my family to Canada from the U.S. I have 10 years driving experience and have driven Vans, Reefers, Containers, and some flat bed. I am in the process of getting all endorsements at this time. What are the requirements to drive in Canada? My background is clean, no midemeanors or felonies at all. My MVR is clean. Do Canadian companies use DAC/Hireright?

I'm pretty sure companies here don't use either of them. I'm not sure what you will have to do to work here. What part of the country are you moving too?

Get a copy of your DAC right now. It may not be easy to get it once you get to Canada. You can bring that to your potential employer here to show your history. Here we use a CVOR system, it does not show inspections or tickets from the USA. You might have to take a road test and air brake test, not sure on that. You could check out the www.drivetest.ca website, maybe call them. Hope some of that helps.

A work Visa, it's not that simple to immigrate yourself and family to Canada.

Aside from the legal right to work in Canada, you will need a Canadian driver's license which means you will have to re-take the driving test as you cannot convert your American CDL to a Canadian license. It also means, assuming you will be able to move to and work in Canada, don't bother with any endorsements as you will be wasting your time and money.
