I can give you a few contct numbers to call that will hire you, send me a PM, its extremly sad to see this kind of thread has almost 500 hits and no one stepping up to help you guys out, when most of these guys on here are in the oilfield industry. Pretty pathetic in my opinion.

Sounds like a scammer to me, it's not an easy process. Just calling a "contact number" is not going to get you the right to work in Canada. Lol

Its people like you that have divided people into different categories in this world. So what if hes American, he is just trying to put food on the table for his family. Tons and tons of people come to work in Alberta oilfield from all over the world, im sure you dont want them here either but it is what it is

Yea we need to stop the tfw program. Bringing in imports is only driving wages down.

Speaking for myself here. I was raised in Alaska and did most of my trucking in Alaska, The Yukon, and Northern BC. I always enjoyed just BEING in Canada-trucking just happened to be how I made a living. Even though people of the north have a common bond it always FELT different below 1225. I have been doing winch/vac/heavy haul for the last 3 years or so in Mt/Wy and I still think about immigrating-not so much for the job opportunities-but a job would be one way to get there. Point being-there are a lot of good reasons for wanting to live in Canada-jobs are only part of the picture-I wonder how many people looking for jobs in Canada are really thinking the same thing?
