Transport truck drivers crossing the Macdonald-Cartier and Chaudieres bridges between Ottawa and Gatineau will have to answer a few questions this week.
The Ministry of Transportation will be conducting surveys Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday this week and next week.
The survey will result in temporary lane closures on King Edward Avenue and Booth Street.
The survey will ask drivers about the origins and destinations of truck trips, the routes taken and the freight carried.
There will be no safety inspections of trucks during the surveys. The surveys are part of the province-wide MTO commercial vehicle survey.
