Before you buy neway, check into the amount of articulation it has, it used to pick up the far side tire at about 2" , really hard on diffs in low traction conditions, they may have improved articulation. Hendrickson owns neway ( or maybe not anymore they appear to be part of Holland)now so there may be improvements that I am not aware of

I know the new ADZ is much improved over the previous AD model. The Neway is made by Holland group. I will try to give it another try with a regular T800 tracktor, not a dump variant, before puling the trigger on the order.

@Cat sdp. Thanks for the tip! I know my spec has the winter front, will check on a bug screen as well.

If you order new, for a couple hundred busks have KW install a suspension override switch. It'll lift about 4 - 5 inches to make it easy top chain up. The switch is installed on the dash right next to the one that drains the suspension. Got'em in all the new tri drives we bought.

Got this one covered. In my spec it's called " Suspension over-inflation valve/switch with light warning, to temporary rise the frame". Prairie Boy, which suspension is on your tridrives?

Thanks! Do you mind me asking, what is the dry weigh of your T800s steer axle? My T800 chassis spec front axle, with an ISX and 18 speed, 14.6 front axle, slightly beefier single rail frame, scales at almost 12.500lb or 5.670kg. with full fuel (no trailer). Plus I'm planning to add a Herd bumper, which is around 300-400lb. I think I'm gonna have to do something about it...

That's about what our tri drives are bobtaling. Remember that you can go up to 6,000 on streering now. That's because of energy saving devises. Also, the bumper that stick out does not count towards your overall length.

Thanks God! I thought for a minute that I'll have to reconfigure my full spec. Do you know if things like a moose bumper and apu, would count under GVW, or they (AB, SK) would allow for those over the permissible GVW?
