By the looks of it, .. yes. I've been seeing Davey Cartage running out of the Lafarge Plant/Harris Rebar/Armtec site in Richmond, with the new Skytrain Lines on them. Pretty cool to watch. I've always wondered if they have heat in there

I worked at Freightliner and the law is that the glider gets a new serial number so it must pass all emissions, brake and every other law that is passed.
I realize the coward closet hiding Harpo passes all kinds of laws for a photo shoot but does nothing, but paying big dollars to get it built and then have it rejected at the licence counter, would be a waste.
We put together a few gliders but they came with a new engine, rad, the transmission, and everything back was reused. From the motor mounts forward was new.

 

Jade transport builds their own gliders .. They have for 3 or 4 years now it seems every province has different rules
