I need drivers now !!!

Hi Prairie Boy I just posted for contract for service driver positions and likelihood of finding same on a different thread. Any help to you or some advice would be most welcome. Thanks

Boy am I interested. Since the information isn't listed, I will expect the following:

1) $23.00 an hour for all hours worked including dock time and time spent waiting for a load.
2) Be home by Friday at 5:00 PM every week. Leave out Monday at 9:00 AM.
3) 3 weeks vacation a year with 5 weeks after 5 years.
4) Full family health care coverage for $18.00 a week.
5) A 401k plan where the company matches up to $300.00 a week.
6) A new tractor every 2 years.
7) Passenger and pet riders at no expense.
8) No forced dispatch and the ability to refuse loads.
9) Pay equal to lumper fees when touching a load in addition to the $23.00 hr. rate.

That's awesome PB. If I didn't just buy a house down here, I'd leave Arrow and come drive for you.

 

30.00 an hr is good money but besides insurance does your company have all the other benefits Bobbie stated?

 

Which direction does it look like your hauling this year PB? Any cross border or saskatchewan contracts?
