What are you honestly even trying to figure out from this? Do you hate prosperity?

Did your employer bill out the customer full hourly rate for your screw up?

It would have been easier for PB to answer than to go off on a tirade. possibly he does not know how HIS company`s billing system works. LOL

Prairie boy has more experience than pretty much anyone I have ever even heard of in this industry and he's "pro driver".

You can argue with him and even insult him but I doubt you will find a guy so closely connected to the management of companies that will openly advocate for hourly pay regardless of the circumstances.

He understands an undeniable truth. If companies are allowed to continually erode driver pay which ultimately results in downward rates that the trucking industry will ultimately be ruled the conglomerates who can afford to cut rates so low that simply through attrition smaller competitors will fall.

Healthy wages result in healthy rates. Healthy rates keep the trucking industry from becoming exactly like the taxi cab industry. Where everyone is a lease operator.....I don't think any of of us want ti see this industry powered by lease operators.

I hired 11 drivers in the past week. Forums are where a lot of drivers snoop around for jobs.

Gixxer88, I gave you the tools for OT in BC and federally, calculate it yourself. Being a trucker for 9 years I'm sure you can do it.

I`m not questioning his alleged experience, I just don`t agree with his condescending remarks to people who are asking legitimate questions.
Your post, is your opinion, nothing more. I know who PB is and I can tell you Grimm, you need to get out more LOL

A lot of Maritimers go back east for the summer but trucking carries on when bans are lifted. Quite common in the patch.

There are drivers on this forum that I have given jobs to and others that I helped get jobs in Alberta.

They know who they are and they can speak for themselves.

And the ads that you have seen me post on this forum are factual.
