    since VOLVO has no Model vnl64t80 listed closest being the VNL64T780 based on his Model # I would ay BS on it being NEW and available for $45,000.00 with some scratches in the paint job , no DEALER would absorb a loss like that , used 2014 & 2015 in Ontario Canada with low miles 47,000 to 93,000 miles going for $100,000.00 to $125,000.00!

    Why not just buy it at the end of the day it's your uncle. As far as autos go this is what I have been told and remember it's just drivers opinions. The new autos out pull the manuals going uphill they never drop below 55. The veteran drivers who have made the switch said they would never drive a manual again the only hiccup was getting use to backing as you have to give it some gas when you do. Once you figure that out your good to go. Good luck on your decision either way.
