Owner opetators walkint away.......maybe company owners are at fault.

Oddly enough the contributing author is a gentleman who owns a company called JBT.

JBT originaly stood for JUST BE THERE(although its not refered by this name anymore). Then someone had a revelation and figured "maybe that's not the best name for a trucking company in an industry plagued by fatigued drivers".

This is also the same guy who had a hand in Kenmore transportation.

Forget the money,why would owner operators want to even work in an industry that has people like this running companies?

Well, kinda looks like they don't and maybe that's why they're leaving.

If you cannot have enough sense to not name your company JUST BE THERE what makes anyone think you have the sense to operate it.
