NOTE in the first link the very first line about supporting community........ the second link is a ad for trimove out of elk point, ab (a company that cnrl is starting to give alot of work to, and who are actively advertising for hiring with LMO) and why? Well I'm sure they can happily work for a little less while NOT supporting the community as they state.

Shame on you cnrl......... shame on you.

Does the LMO lead to lower wages?

    Real question.

Are companies paying them the same amount of money and are these conpanies paying domestic drivers the same as Dustin would. Are Lmos being used to suppress wages in any way?

Secondly, does it effect a companies mindset when they look for contracts which are currently held by companies with Lmos? Can Dustin get an LMO as a small carrier or us it just for the big boys?

I would think many if these cases it would but I want to know for sure.

When a company "can't" find enough employees to operate usually due to poor pay they cry for a LMO. Instead of raising wages to attract drivers they keep them low hoping to qualify for TFW's. Wage suppression.
