Ontario LCV's

I have been seeing many of these trucks operating now during January.... I know they were not allowed to run between Dec - Feb ... The only information on the internet that I could find what a random video on YouToube from user Smart-Trucking which is more of a rant then anything (lots of uneducated speaking)... On Ontario's Ministry website it still says December-January-February for non-operating months... I haven't heard anything about them allowing year round use... I was thinking maybe because so far we haven't had bad weather that this is why...

Not that this effects me in anyway but I am just curious about it.. I highly doubt multiple companies running LCV's are illegally running these units.... Kind of hard to hide running illegally
