Any Other Company for Foreign Worker ?

Hello everyone
I am working at one Alberta trucking company like Long Haul driver and I can't take no more.
Really hard worker with huge experience and clean driver abstract.
If anyone knows for any NORMAL company that have LMO ,please share.

Normal :
1. Company don't steal a miles from whole 1 trip on the end of month.
2. Company which dispatch knows what they doing.
3. Company pays layover and in some cases waiting time.
4. Company with steady job for all drivers.
5. Company with normal mechanic shop.
6. Company where after one year someone come to worker and say : You was doing a god job.You was driving more then any one.You was wash your truck and trailers at least one time weekly.You was all ways 100% professional with customer.You was 5 days on road and 2 in shop every week.Thank You.

And there is a lot more.

But right now I can't tell anything bad of my current employer because is not nice.
