The program for ei reach-back (current claim or one within the last three years), at least in BC is called 'Employment Program of British Columbia' and is available through your local skills centre. This program will fund just about any kind of study up to $7500. This is the program I'm currently trying to get on. (post on this board about it).

There's also another program available here in the West Kootenays that is a partnership between Selkirk College and MTI. If you have no ei reach-back you can get 100% funding. I believe it's full for the current fiscal year, but there's always the next uptake…

How bout just goin through the ropes and earning your stars with your own cash like everybody else has had to...instead of always looking for a handout. As they say, good things come to those who go out and earn it, not those who wait (for a handout)...

Why not pay the 25% out of your own pocket, is that allowed? I cant see any employer spending $2500 on a potential employee unless they get a kick back from the government or a tax write off.
