Working for free undermines everyone in the industry. Think about this for a second. Your now trained up and another rookie comes along and works for free, you train him and lose your job cause he's cheaper. Karma's a #####.

To answer your question no one is hiring. Stop wasting your time looking. Stick with the paying job you have. If u wanna donate your time go deliver pizzas.

If it's a ten wheeler, then it's a 'tendum' ...... and if it's a Louisville, then it's made by Furd.

What?? Willing to work for free?? Please, do us all a favour and leave the industry. If you are willing to work for free, you are taking food off of my table. People like you are causing the rates we are paid to decrease even more. You are not helping the industry. Go away.

I know of one car hauling company in Cgy who will let you work for free, I know they tried it with me. I hauled 3 cars in my reefer for them from Calgary to Milton ON last July and it took until November to get half of the invoice, the other $1800 I will probably never see...
