Job Prospects for New Drivers

    I am looking into becoming a truck driver partly because I often hear that there is a shortage of 'qualified drivers' these days.

    However, I also notice that most of the job postings ask for experienced applicants (i.e., drivers with experience).

    So, I am wondering what the job prospects are like for graduates of well-respected schools? How hard is it to land a first job as a trucker (assuming a person is willing to move to different areas of Canada)?
