A Grey Highlands trucker should have quit while he was at least a little bit ahead.
Grey County OPP stopped a weaving tractor trailer on the 11th line of Meaford Saturday night after its driver was refused service at a local restaurant.
Police charged him with impaired and then drove him to his home in Grey Highlands after he refused to give a breath sample.
Officers say after he exited the cruiser he hit the winshield several times with his fist until it shattered.
Needless to say he had 'mischief' added to his list of charges and was taken back into temporary custody.
The 40 year old man now faces charges including impaired, refusing to provide a breath sample and mischief.
