With jobs goin' to Mexico and overseas, I wonder how wise it is to walk off the job?

I'm pretty shure that the jobs are keep walking anyway, we don't want the Mexicans here, so, If you can't get Mohamed to the mountain, you take the mountain to Mohamed. Sucks to be us.

Don't want to see it go south, i wish they would get it settled and get back to work. I miss the expedite loads coming out of Texas that i could throw on the back to pay for the fuel.

Typical union behavior, "cut off your nose to spite your face".

Not like GM is rolling in dough these days.

Not like Michigan is. Last time I went home I was in disbelief how bad things got there. We had a little get-together and some of the guys wanted tequila. There's a party store down the road that has a nice wall of liquor--or at least used to! About 80% of the wall was empty and half of their shelves were, too! I asked them if they were closing up shop and they looked at me like I was stupid. Went to another gas station and they had about half the stock. Finally went to the market and found some tequila.

The point is... if you're in Michigan, you're not in a position to make demands.
