1962 Mercury Montclair Breezway. The back window rolled down. I remember it like it was yesterday.

I was born in 71 and remember being a little guy standing on the passenger side in my Mom and Dads 69 Nova, white with black interior. Ahh the good ol days wandering around the car as we drove down the road, screw that car seat, doubt they existed back then.

1956 Chevrolet Handyman Stationwagon. It was this weird shade of green and sounded like a jet engine. We had the most wonderful life growing up in "The Green Bomb". My father drove that car for 20 years even after he got a truck.

Mom had a 71 Thunderbird when I was born in '74, but the first car I remember her having was a '76 Mercury Meteor station wagon complete with the rear facing back seat. Dad bought it off of the Shriner's. It still had their logo on the dash. Looked just like this one, 'cept ours was white.

Dad had an old pick up, but seldom drove it. He mostly drove this Subaru that sorta looked like a VW Beetle. He drove that from our house to the terminal he drove out of in Joliet, IL.
