I probably answered this in this thread last year, but I'm too lazy to go back and dig it out. At the time, i was driving a 94 Suzuki Sidekick 4dr. But, it's getting a little bit long in the tooth, and twice this past year I have had mechanical problems that put me on foot. So, I went down this afternoon and bought a 2001 Chevy Tracker, which is another name for the Suzuki Sidekick. This one is a little bit more glammed out than the previous one, with power door locks, power windows, automatic trans vice the 5 speed stick, and some other niceties, including a cd player. I checked around and looked at comparable vehicles, and the price was a good deal, the vehocle ws in prety decent condition, and I am happy with it.

As for the old one, there are a lot of interchangeable parts between them, so I think it is going to find a quiet corner of the pole barn and become a potential donor vehicle as needed, then when I have played vulture long enough with it's carcass, the local wrecking yard will get to take it away.

I drive a '95 VW Passat and a '72 VW bus. I drive the passat a little more often. The bus has no heater so it gets parked for the winter.

Yeah, mine was too, but I broke it over my hubby's head a few years ago, when he brought home a stack of log violations, and haven't been able to cast the right spell to get another one to work! LOL!

I'm pretty sure the janitor for the 3rd Floor at JBHT might be able to help you out....after all, I can't see how she picks up all the garbage the messy recruiters, Schedulers, and Investigators leave behind.
