| GM fuel injection What year did general motors get rid of throttle body injection in there pickups?  |

| I know I had a 88 pickup and there was a throttle body on it,but after that I ain't too sure,know for 91 I recall some of the F-bodied cars had a SFI port injection setup...Buddy had one on his 91 Firebird..I imagine this was on most small blocks of the same year and engine family driver...Hope dat helps out

| That's a 10-4 above....I believe they had a few different versions of what is commonly referred to as the throttle body though..I know till at least 91 they had the older style air cleaner assembly.They looked a lot like the first gen TB units from above....good info..I know it was hard to say unless ya cracked her open and had a look at what fed the thing though..God bless GM and the interchangeability though,gots a few [yeah they all run...lol]in the driveway that I am quite fond of..... Be safe all,must roll,can't get paid on the couch!!....La.

| It was 95, when the Vortec Engines came out. It was another one of those "split years", where you can have either one.
