That is more of my freight down the crapper

But we were advised of this nearly two months ago,we haul more bikes
for HD then HD itself.
Hopefully they'll shut everything down and move it all down the KC

I personally do not ride on a motorized 2 wheeler, butfriends that do and spoke highly of Buell.

This was a purely financial move. They want the write off. I heard that Erik had a buyer lined up, money in hand, and Harley Nix'd the deal. Harley wanted to send everything to the crusher!

Since the failure of the Vrod (sprinklerhead) I have been predicting a huge hit on the HD bottom line to pay the tab for that POS. I just never expected they would transfer it to another line.

Actually there is a big picture I am not willing to look at, with the Sprinklerhead as the powerplant of the future, so I guess it makes sense. Not right, but the bean counters run the show now....

With a 2010 VRod "MUSCLE" in the garage,I fail to see the POS ?
Even at my discounted rate of just over $10K NEW

Its a decent bike for what I paid and it does what it was designed to do.
IT FREAKING FLYS!
Buell builds a great bike,but the Harley price tag puts them outta the market to comparable ricers.

Sorry, I call it that because I look at a Harley in the traditional sense.

The American public has spoken and they have turned their back on the Vrod. I think the public may not accept it when it is the only platform available soon.

Having never thrown my leg over one, I should go test drive one so I can speak from experience regarding their attributes or lack thereof.

How do they stack up against the other brands available? I am told they are a hit in Europe.

You need to take a closer look at people riding all makes of bikes....they all wear some kind of "Biker outfit". Even the guys that ride zip splats with their little "Joe Rocket" outfits...LMAO!
