When you apply to various companies ask them if they offer dedicated lanes. Some want you to work OTR or Regional before they will put you on a dedicated account. I work on the Pride Dedicated Services fleet and really like the runs. Mostly Albertson's.

Keep in mind, you may have to 'pay your dues' before a company will place you on one of their dedicated fleets by running long haul or regional.
