What do you do when you scratch someone's bumper? Give it to the customer and wait for a claim?

You strategically rub your glove on the side of your 5th wheel, and the rub said glove over scratch.

Seriously, though, if you don't know what to do, you have no business starting said business, until you do know what to do.

Would you open a restaurant not knowing how to cook?

to each his own. I fixed my mistakes. There was maybe 2 that I remember. And I consider that better than strategically putting grease over it
