Hey guys, i've been interested in car hauling and i've been looking around at different companies and most of them list their pay, but I couldnt find anything for United Road.
What do they start you off in training and and what can i expect to make after training?
Also, do they pay per mile or per load?

I have been leased to them since 2003. Normally haul $30k worth of freight per month on average. $30k times 25% would be $7500 a month to a company driver per month before taxes.

That's not too bad. How about O/O's? I got a 6 car load on right now, and after getting a taste of the easy life vs. doing POV's, I'm kinda liking it. But the pay is not what POV's pay unfortunately.

Well take that 30k at 80%. 24k to a O/O of course that isn't taking fuel, insurance and everything else out of it.

What exactly is POV? I know it's not Point Of View.

Edit: what exactly is the easy life in terms of car hauling?

POVS iin the carhauling world means Personal Owned Vechiles
I started out that way myself and it sucks lol

Different guys have different views of the easy life for me its being home everynight and making a good living verse being gone all the time .
Some guys love the road i dont

I finally found some information- stopped by the terminal and talked to some of the people there. They said training pay is $750 a week and it goes on for about a month. They also said I could make anywhere between 40-50k my first year there which doesnt seem too bad.
