| The max draw is 22 amps when transmitting.. Everything comes out of a fuse box.. i have never had a problem.. Most items are double fused. one pair of inline fuses and the one in the fuse box.

| I'm working design on a cover for it so only the faces show... I have to deside where to put two more radios. one for 900mhz and one for 1.2 gig. Also The laptop goes on the stand next to the radio tower.

| Good Morning Phil, Will do. I am looking for a good book for study purposes. I know I need to brush up, as we all probably do at our age. Wonder if Radio Shack would have a book. Not to many HAM stores in my neck of the woods. Semper-Fi Nick |

| I need to brush up too, and maybe advance to General. I don't know about Radio Shack anymore... it's not really a "radio shack" anymore. Google anything about ham radios and something will turn up. Check the phone book for clubs in your area. They usually have members eager to mentor "new" hams.
