Just picked up this old Robyn LB-120 today. Honestly, I don't know much about radios, I've had several, Galaxy, Cobra, an old Midland, and I've heard of Robyn, just don't know much about'em. Anybody out there that can tell me anything? I think it's a 77' or 78', one of the first years for 40 channels, right? It's very clean with it's original matching mounting bracket and mic, and what appears to be all the paperwork, just no box. If anyone can help, I'd sure appreciate it! (Oh, and yes, it does work, I did try that.) Thanks!!

Yes 40 channel CB radios came out in 1977, though I believe I saw a 40 channel Midland once with a September 1976 tag on the rear of it. Hhhmm....
Before that everything was 23 channels with a few 5 or 6 channeled radios for those who couldn't swing the cash for a full 23 channel radio. CB's must have been really expensive back then.
I've heard of Robyn. I don't know much about them. -
This is a REAL long shot, but what is the chance that you still have this radio and would be willing to part with it?
Thanks,
