All i got to say is....When it comes to Sparky's it's one of those,spend your money at your own risk kinda things. Just goggle him and read the comments for yourself.

CB came Monday 1 wk not too bad. Will be hooking it up here in a few. Had enough bubble wrap to save an egg from a 100' fall.

I agree about the service at Sparkys I ordered A v5/8 antenna 2-14-12 got A message on 2-17 it was mailed.I tried for A week to find out the tracking number emails not answered phone calls unanswered.Finaly got A message the warehouse guy had been sick,and it had been mailed still no tracking number. I sent another message for tracking info he messaged back I would get the order next week.3 weeks is to long to wait in my book.This will be my last time to deal with them.

OMG I can't believe that people still buy items from this guy. After all the bad reports that are here about them? Wonder how this guy stays in business,customer service is key in any business and from what I've heard and seen they have none. Sad...really sad.

It wasn't the best service I've gotten online before but certainly not the worst. I gave a doubt for them being small. But the work was good. I figured on a chrome plate after work it would have scratches but there were none. No finger prints nothing.

sparkys cb i have been calling since the 26 on june, 2012 about my order i have sent one email and i didnt get a reply i have called over 25 times on all three numbers and i get no answer i dont know what wrong on the other end if by the end of the day on monday july 2nd 2012 my order is not on my door step i am going to my bank reporting fraud i like shopping with you however something is wrong so please if you veaul my bizzsness you need to show me

I ordered a Sky Thumper and RK- 56 at the end of February. Talked to the customer service guy ( He is also the one that took my order ) twice since then and he was going to get everything straightened out. Still NOTHING, won't answer the phone or e-mail me back. I guess the $85 they got was worth no more business from me or my friends.
I hope that money was enough to keep them in business, because they obviously need it more than I do -

Al has suffered a stroke and has not been able to be in the shop.I don't understand why his so-called help can not run things in his absence.I've tried to contact one of the sales guys via personal email for someone who has not received their order and have not got a response.I do not care for the way Al tunes (hacks) radios, but he is a straight shooter and I'm sure he will make things right with everyone when able.
