From everything I read here and in other places it seemed they were a stand up company,.. I'm beginning to wonder now.. of course the fact that i just spent $300.00 there and only response i have received are auto-sent emails from when i made the purchase.... That was Wednesday. Today is Monday... no status change on the order. No response to emails.. no answering of the phone number they have listed...
I sure hope this isn't normal, that they can explain it, cant even ask on their forum cause they have it set to where a admin as to approve your account to post... I'm really starting to have my doubts on this.. what gives???
For yall that have used them is this normal?

I've placed several orders with Sparky in the past, never had one incident. Also I don't about the message board in having to have an admin approve it. I actually post over there from time to time w/o any issues.
I don't believe he is open Saturdays anymore. If I remember right I think Sunday and Wednesdays were his days off as well. I might be wrong. My memory is a bit clouded.
Also did you use Paypal to make your purchase? You know you can escalate to a claim if needed. But at this point I'd give it a few more days and keep trying.They just recently updated their website and in how phone calls are answered. I know today is holiday, i understand that, but dang a simple "order will be sent soon" or something from them other then silence would be nice, No I paid via credit card. hopefully will hear something soon.

You just placed the order via the internet on Wednesday. So they probably got it & postioned it in line following the orders that came before yours. No work on weekends & today is a ####### holiday..... -
I've placed an order with them and had no problems at all. I also used a credit card. placed the order on a Thursday and received the radio via UPS on Tuesday. Seems reasonable to me. Let us know when you get your order.

Sparky's isn't a big retailer or a mega online shopping super store. Sparky's is actually a brick & motor store with only maybe 2 or 3 people working.... If even that!
Sparky's has their reputation from offering superior tuning with awesome service. You buy the radio online, then it get's built or tuned before it gets shipped.trucker_101 Thanks this. -
I'm not saying they are good or bad. i simply wanted to know from others who use them if this was normal and if it was normal to not be able to talk to anyone on the phone or email and for a week later the status of my order never changes.
so stop being so #### defensive, unless you work for or you are sparky.
