Just came across one of these with NOAA. Anyone know anything about these?

Update on this...I just cleaned it up, hooked it up to a marine battery and a little 18 inch mag mount antenna and it works!
I was even listening to the local weather on channel 2 of the NOAA

With that pos little antenna I was able to talk to a friend about a mile away using a cheap handheld with nearly dead batteries.
This is actually a very nice little unit pushing 45 watts and it's very quiet. NOAA is bonus and I'm not sure if this is the proper place but this radio is for sale as of now for $50 or trade for an RFX75 shipped and I'll even throw in the external speaker I have sitting here brand new in the box.

Unless it's not a certified by FCC radio. I can't see this doing an honest 45 watts.

I can't see one doing 45 watts certified or not.
