Need help with CB in truck.
I have a Galaxy DX 959. I put it in my truck and I keep getting feedback off the stereo speakers. I'm in an 07 Peterbilt and the it is pre wired from the factory for CB's. Not sure how to cure this.... Can anyone help me figure this out?

so the CB is coming back through the stereo speakers in your truck? I wonder if this is a grounding issue or if you're throwing too hot of a signal... I've never run into that... then again, I never run my stereo and CB radio at the same time.

Even with the stereo off it still comes through the speakers. I do have a 75W kicker installed on the back of the radio.... Not sure if that makes a differance.

Is the CB mounted next to the stereo, if so, the signal will jump across to your stereo speakers because of the power produced.

So you have an amplifier for your CB transmit? If so, THAT is your issue. I had one on a base station and it would come through speakers and my neighbor's television sets. Needless to say, I took the amp out of the mix.
