Installing CB in new International
My company just gave my a new truck that appears to be prewired to install a iradio. I never did bother with one, but went ahead and bought a cobra 29 LX. The problem I have is wiring it in. The colors of the wires coming out of the cb compartment are pale green and white wheras the wires that come with the cb are red and black.
Most of the guides on the internet show you how to wire it directly to the fusebox or the battery, and pertains to pickup trucks for some reason. Does anyone know where I can find a good step by step guide for installing this thing?

just call the dealer and ask the service dept what color the hot is...? should be the white one. that goes to the red from the radio. or just get a power tester and check to see which is hot

Green was hot, white was not. Connect green to red and white to black. Very simple.
