| Re verb? or echo? How do you get reverb or echo whatever you prefer to call it on a cb? I have a cobra classic 40 channel cb with twin antennas on my pickup and wish I could get the reverb function can someone explain it to me.  |

| There are two ways to get ECHO . One & probably the easiest is an ECHO microphone. Most are wired for Cobra 4 pin radios. Most drivers opt for having a "connex board " installed inside the radio. When a connex board is installed you will probably want to get "talk back" installed too . This will allow you to monitor your own transmission to make sure the echo is not turned up too much. ECHO/REVERB sounds OK , if NOT overdone. All these can be done by MOST CB shops . I see that you are in Iowa , are you near Walcott?? There is a reputable , large CB shop there that can easily do these things for you if interested. |
