fcc cracking down

Is this a CB Forum on a truck driving web site or the rejects from the Ham boards? The misinformation is astounding. Not really looking for an answer just thinking out loud...

1) Please show me a law allowing a officer to enforce cb rules other than the peremtion one .... PL 106-521.

2) Please show the FCC a reason to question anyones license

 

The hams have to come here to scare us by telling us about the big scary FCC and how they can get us if we don't obey their rules. I don't know why they are here either must not be all that much fun holding a ham ticket since they here all the time,must be no hams to talk to on them dipole antenna thingy radios

 

As a matter of fact Im talking to someone as I was answering mr CH ....
AS for the FCC I don't worry about them and don't have a reason too ...

As for dipoles ....

Here we go again! CJ, Liable is ILLEGAL.

 

I have no idea how to fix it so I can receive PM's...I've looked in the "User CP" but don't see anything about PM's...

anyway, I'm on several other Forums which all have working PM's so you may try and reach me on one of them...
