Sparky's CB Shack Scammed Me & won't return my TX Star amp

Just wanted to follow up on a post I saw. Yes it is true Al at Sparkys CB Shack has gone to the dark side so beware. I FedEx him my TX Star amp over 4 months ago & he will not return it. He won't return my (or anyone's) calls or emails. He was listed as a sponsor on another CB forum & they won't remove him but I'm here to tell you it's a fact he turned into a scammer. Years ago he ran a good shop but those days are gone. Now I have to replace my amp & sue him. Sad...

Here is the problem .....

To SUE him you will have to show he has your amp .... Do you have a receipt from FEDEX showing he signed for a TX STAR amp ?

I sold a radio years ago and the guy RESOLD my radio but because I could not PROVE he had it there was NO paperwork with a ser# showing he signed for it ...... O-WELL ...... YES he was to pay as soon as it was received ....

I hope I'm wrong but for me it was a lession learned .......

Yes I have FedEx receipt & insured a TX star amp. I have a legal background & can file myself but it is a pain

question is, is it worth the hassle of taking him to court, you might burn more in legal $$ then what the amp is worth. now if your doing it to get the guy out of the buisness its a different story.

I had the Chief of Police standing inside the Shack a week ago on his cell phone and Al promised him that my money would be refunded by Monday or Tuesday. I heard who I believed was Al in the background, according to the Chief, say that my money would be credited. I diligently checked each day, (several times I might add), and noting. Fortunately, I reported a claim with PayPal 11 days ago, and due to his lack of response I was given my money back today (over 4 big ones). I don't know about you, but that is a lot of money. Not because he credited my account, but by default due to his lack of response to the claim. I'm good now, and have had a great experience with Bell's in FL. I told them that I was dealing with a nightmare with another shop, and they didn't say it, but guessed which one I was talking about without saying it. So far Screwdriver is a great guy, and I talked to him personally. He took time with me out of his busy schedule. I first talked to mabell. She was great, and understood my problems. Shipment is on it's way with a tracking number. I'll let you know how it works...hope no disappointment! Hell, a stock radio is better than one you don't have.

That doesn't surprise me. CBRT also has Radiohacktive as a sponsor. By now most anyone knows how Radiohacktive can butcher a radio worse than a blindfolded fool with a machete. However if you so much as say one little bad word about Radiohacktive, the clown that runs CBRT, aka Bozo, will ban you indefinitely.
