Antenna Wont Stay On

Alright, my Wilson 5ft Siver Load slowly unscrews itself. THe only thing keeping it from unscrewing all the way off is the ground wire. Its screwed into a mirror mount I got from Radio Shack. (I know, WTH? RADIO SHACK? )

Anyway, what can I do to keep 'er from doing this?

Thanks!

Get a lock washer and put it between the mount and threaded end of the antenna. It's small and thin enough you shouldn't have to retune or anything. Tighten the antenna to the mount and you should be in business.

If you really want to use duct tape, but don't want other drivers laughing at you; when they crack on you on the CB just tell them that it keeps the scale house from being able to record what time you rolled through the scales on your transponder. Next truckstop you roll into there will be a bunch of drivers taping up there antennas. Then you will fit in! Then you will hear drivers saying "you ain't gonna believe this, but since I taped them up I have not been pulled around back either."
